Creamos nuestro vision board? Sé que he dado explicación anteriormente en TikTok de qué es y cómo lo puedes hacer, pero después de años he mejorado mi técnica y para mà es un placer compartirla con ustedes.
En mis primeros años aprendà a abrir este ritual con una meditación donde me siento plena, llena de gratitud y con energÃas felices a mi alrededor.
Asà que todos los años que me toca hacer mi vision board, lo primero que hago es preparar el lugar donde lo haré, este es un proyecto que me encanta y por eso lo hago sola y a mi modo. Prendo una velita del olor o color que me guste, tengo mi florero con algunas flores que compré para decorar el 31 de diciembre y siempre tengo agua y alguna golosina por si me dan ganas de saborear algo. Ya que tengo listo todo, siempre checo tener tijeras, dos barras de pegamento, mis revistas que he colectado durante todo el año y años pasados, y la cartulina donde pegaré todos mis recortes. Busco en YouTube alguna meditación y después de hacerla, manos a la obra, comienzo a hojear las revistas y comienzo a recortar todo aquello que me atrae, esas frases que me inspiran y esas imágenes relacionadas a mis metas.
Siempre trato de tener imágenes para varias áreas de mi vida como lo personal, profesional, amor, salud, creatividad y viajes. Y siempre, siempre, siempre tengo una imagen de una chica con la que me siento identificada porque es esa imagen que irá en medio de todo mi pizarrón de los sueños y es ella quien me representará. La forma en que últimamente divido mi cartulina es a modo más asiático para ponerle más intención a mis sueños, asà que divido mi cartulina en 9 partes de modo que tenga tres secciones en la parte de arriba, tres secciones en medio y tres secciones abajo.
En la parte de mero en medio irá la imagen de la chica que me representa, puede ser una chica profesional, o una pintora o alguien seductora, tú ahà decides qué va más contigo y alrededor de ella siempre pongo imágenes o palabras que sean conexión a mi personalidad o emociones que quiero sentir durante el año tipo, felicidad, confianza en mà misma, creativa, etc., y el resto de la cartulina pego imágenes dependiendo de la sección.
El punto de hacer el vision board es tener el enfoque a lo que quieres lograr este año y siempre dando gracias a todo lo que el año pasado nos trajo. Recuerda hacerlo con emoción y no verlo como trabajo sino más como un gozo.

In my early years, I learned to start this ritual with a meditation where I feel complete, filled with gratitude and surrounded by happy energies.
Every year when it's time to make my vision board, the first thing I do is prepare the place where I'll do it. This is a project I love, so I do it alone and in my own way. I light a candle with a scent or color I like, I have my vase with some flowers I bought to decorate on December 31st, and I always have water and some sweets in case I feel like tasting something. Once everything is ready, I always check to have scissors, two sticks of glue, my magazines that I've collected throughout the year and previous years, and the cardboard where I'll paste all my cutouts. I look for a meditation on YouTube and after doing it, it's time to get to work. I start flipping through the magazines and begin to cut out everything that attracts me, those phrases that inspire me, and those images related to my goals.
I always try to have images for various areas of my life such as personal, professional, love, health, creativity, and travel. And I always, always, always have an image of a girl with whom I identify because it's that image that will go in the middle of all my dream board and she represents me. Lately, I've been dividing my cardboard in a more Asian way to put more intention into my dreams, so I divide my cardboard into 9 parts so that I have three sections at the top, three in the middle, and three at the bottom. In the very middle part will go the image of the girl who represents me, it can be a professional girl, or a painter, or someone seductive, you decide what goes best with you, and around her, I always put images or words that are a connection to my personality or emotions I want to feel during the year like happiness, confidence in myself, creativity, etc., and the rest of the cardboard I paste images depending on the section. The point of making the vision board is to have the focus on what you want to achieve this year and always giving thanks for everything that the last year brought us.
